Is interview coaching actually worth £45 for an hour?
Bluntly — yes, if you're serious about getting in. Medical school offers are worth hundreds of thousands of pounds in future earning potential. A £45 session that sharpens your answers, builds confidence, and gives you school-specific prep is one of the highest-ROI things you can spend money on at this stage. Most students who don't get in say they wished they'd done more structured practice. One session often turns into two because the improvement is so clear.
Which medical schools do you prep for?
We can tailor sessions for any UK medical school. Our tutors are most experienced with Peninsula, Leicester, Keele, and Newcastle, but we prep for all schools using MMI or panel formats. Just let us know your target schools when you book.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 2 to 4 weeks before your interview. This gives you time to work on feedback and book follow-up sessions if needed. That said, even a session the week before can make a real difference. Slots fill up fast during peak interview season (November to March), so book early.
What's your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your session for a full refund, no questions asked. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. All changes are handled directly through your Calendly confirmation email.

Are your tutors actually medical students?
Yes. Every MedCoach tutor is a current medical student at a UK university. We sat the same style of interviews within the last two years, so our advice is based on direct, recent experience rather than outdated textbook answers.
Can I book multiple sessions?
Absolutely. Many students start with 1-to-1 interview coaching for targeted practice, and finish with a mock interview closer to the date. You can book as many sessions as you like through Calendly.
How do sessions work technically?
Everything happens over Zoom. Once you book through Calendly, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your Zoom link. Just click the link at your session time and you're in. No software to install beyond Zoom.
